This website is owned and operated by Kinzo Pet Care LLP (“Kinzo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.kinzo.in and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), through which we sell cat food and treats.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return & Replacement Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Note: If any part of these Terms conflicts with a consumer protection that applies to you under mandatory law, that protection will prevail.
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated.
We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
We aim to display product information, including images, weights, and ingredients accurately. However, colours and details may vary slightly due to device displays or lighting, and packaging/formulations may be updated over time; always refer to the label on the product you receive for the most current information.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue any product without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with alternatives or cancel that item and refund you accordingly.
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Prices, offers, and promotions may change at any time before we accept your order.
If we discover a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s) with a full refund, or offer you the option to proceed at the corrected price.
When you place an order, you confirm that you’ve reviewed the product listing and are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we accept and confirm your order (via confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp) and not simply upon checkout.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors), with a full refund issued if payment was already collected.
Payments are processed via our third-party payment gateway partner(s). By submitting payment details, you confirm you’re authorized to use the selected method.
Orders are processed only after successful payment realization.
We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers. This is handled by our payment partner(s) under their own security standards.
We are not liable for any unauthorized or fraudulent use of a payment card, UPI ID, or other payment method to place an order on the Site. Responsibility for such unauthorized use rests with the instrument holder, unless established otherwise.
You may cancel or request changes to an order (items, address, quantity) free of charge within 2 hours of placing your order. Please reach out as soon as possible, since we begin processing orders quickly after this window. After 2 hours, we’ll try to accommodate cancellations or changes if the order hasn’t yet been processed for shipping, but we can’t guarantee it.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled; please refer to our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy for post-delivery issues.
Use of discount codes, referral credits, or promotional offers (“Offers”) is subject to the specific terms shown with the Offer and this Fair Usage Policy:
Product descriptions, feeding guides, and content on this site are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always introduce new food gradually, and consult a veterinarian before making significant dietary changes, especially if your cat has an existing medical condition or allergy. Kinzo is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from a failure to follow feeding or transition guidance.

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos, or other feedback (“Submissions”), whether on the Site or via social media, you grant Kinzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish these submissions across our website, packaging, and marketing channels. You confirm your submissions don’t violate any third-party rights, and you remain solely responsible for their content.
All content on the site, including the Kinzo name, logo, packaging design, photography, and written content, is owned by or licensed to Kinzo and protected under applicable law. You may access the site for personal, non-commercial use only; reproduction, distribution, or derivative use without our written consent is prohibited.
The site may link to or rely on third-party services – payment gateways, logistics/courier partners, or analytics tools. We don’t control these third parties and aren’t responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Kinzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinzo Pet Care LLP, its partners, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., in descriptions, pricing, or shipping charges). We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update, cancel, or refund affected orders at any time, including after submission, except where restricted by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days, in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with the referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinzo regarding the Services.
Survival: Obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g., payment, indemnity, liability limitations) survive termination of these Terms.
